In our workshop; It is aimed that the participants learn how to apply natural methods instead of chemical drugs for skin, sleep and focus problems that we encounter in our daily lives.
What will be explained about aromatherapy formulas in the training is as follows:
- Preparation of blends of aromatherapy oils
- Mechanisms of action and formulations
- Use of oils in both adults and children and points to be considered
- Methods of using essential oils in our plants at home and in the garden
