Founder - Chairman of the Board
Born in 1968. He graduated from Istanbul Robert College in 1987. In 1991, I.T.U. After graduating from civil engineering department, he did his master's degree on 'Detection of Earthquake Behavior of Construction Structures' at the University of Cincinnati, Ohio, USA between 1991-1993. He returned to Turkey in 1994 and established his own company and provided software development, training and consultancy services in the field of civil engineering. When he found similarities between the human behavior that led to the global economic crisis in 2008 and the earthquake behavior of buildings, he wrote the book 'Critical Threshold' to draw attention to climate change, after two years of research.
In 2010, she received permaculture training from Bill Mollison and received a 'Permaculture Design Certificate'. By applying the principles of permaculture, he first transformed the garden of his house in Beykoz, Istanbul into a more efficient form that produces its own food using natural methods. Then he realized the permaculture design of his 14-decare land in Bursa Uludağ and established the Belentepe Permaculture Practice and Wildlife Farm. Belentepe Farm became a laboratory and sample application area. Taner Aksel teaches sustainable living and 'Design with Nature' training in Belentepe . The farm welcomes hundreds of visitors every year. These studies also attracted the attention of the media and continue to be the subjects of documentaries, magazines and radio.

He worked as a brand manager in international advertising agencies in Turkey for 15 years. He worked in public relations, portfolio management, team management.
Between 2004 and 2009, he designed and manufactured bags and shoes and managed the processes of merchandising and branding in Turkey.
He received Permaculture Design Certificate in 2017. Since then, he has been working on sustainability issues. He founded a food community called ÖTGA (Ömerli Clean Food Network) of 180 people in Ömerli, Çekmeköy, Istanbul, where he lives. It has been providing a clean food supply every week since 2018. It tries to support producers and consumers by creating a clean producer inventory in Turkey and monitors the processes.

He was born in 1978 in Eskişehir. He graduated from Dokuz Eylul University Buca Education Faculty Biology Teaching Department in 1999.

He has been teaching Biology at Izmir Private Saint Joseph French High School since 2016.

SEVCAN SANVER

Sevcan Sanver has visited all corners of Anatolia with her family since she was 4 years old and met with Yoga as an Eastern teaching at the age of 11 thanks to Esen Gürel. He started rock climbing at the age of 14 and outdoor sports at the age of 18.
He graduated from Hacettepe University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Graphics Department. He worked as a project coordinator in the documentary programs Land of the Clouds, Witness of Time, and also worked as an expert and manager in private companies.
After years of taking a break from outdoor sports and Yoga, she continued Yoga with the support and encouragement of Viket Civre and Kami Sinan Anadol, who was inspired by it. He had the chance to experience different styles from different yoga instructors.
She completed her instructor training at Agama Yoga Thailand in March-April 2016.
In September-October 2016, she did Yoga exercises with immigrants and refugees in France and Belgium. In November of the same year, he met with the healing meridians of the human body with the Thai Yoga Massage training.

During these studies, energy efficiency, sustainability, urban transformation, building safety etc. funded by the European Union and Development Agencies. Abdurrahman Cute was born in 1980 in Niğde. He graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Letters, Art History Department in 2002. He worked on technical drawing and survey. In the same period, he started to work in an architectural model and modeling company.
He gained experience in 3D modeling, architectural model prototype production and other technological product manufacturing for 22 years. He founded his own architectural model design firm in 2010.
After getting acquainted with permaculture, he made researches on ecological structures and produced geodesic domes, greenhouses, raised vegetable beds, stone ovens and many products for his own garden and vineyard.

He was born in 1984 in Istanbul. He graduated from MSGSU Mathematics Department in 2009. In 2012, he received Pedagogical Formation Training at MSGSU. She has been working as a mathematics teacher at Private ALEV High School since 2013.
He has been a founder and volunteer in various non-governmental organizations since 2007. In 2018, she received Permaculture design training from Taner Aksel at the Belentepe farm.
He continues his permaculture studies with his students in ALEV Schools Permaculture Club, which he founded in 2015.

He was born in 1970 in Ş.Urfa. He completed his primary, secondary and high school education in Iskenderun. He graduated from Istanbul University, Faculty of Letters, Department of Geography. He received his master's degree in Human and Economic Geography from the Social Sciences Institute of Istanbul University.
He started working in the field of Retail Banking from the first years of university. He worked as a manager in domestic and foreign banks in the fields of Call Center, Customer Relations and Credit Cards Operations. As a personal venture, he established and managed retail online sales channels.
While working as an educator in various domestic and foreign colleges in the education sector, he realized various projects on the basis of schools and students with TEMA, AKUT and many other NGOs.
A group of Geography teachers carry out socioeconomic development, permaculture practices, education, tourism, health and environmental projects in villages with their friends.
It organizes conferences where NGOs and high school students meet each year with a group of volunteer educators, with the participation of more than twenty schools.
He regularly attends international youth and environment conferences held for more than thirty years, together with his students. In a youth award program held in 140 countries, it makes its students work on life in nature, camping and survival.
In 2015, she started to apply the permaculture training she received from Taner Aksel with her students at school. It has hosted training and conferences for the dissemination of permaculture studies and its implementation in schools.
In March 2016, together with his wife Şükran İnce Toy and his students, they established Fenerbahçe Park Permaculture Community Garden, which is also supported by Kadıköy Municipality. With this work, it contributed to the creation of an exemplary Social Responsibility Project consisting of a network of volunteers, where every age group from kindergarten to university receives training and practices, and also paved the way for the formation of similar examples.
He still teaches International Baccalaureate Diploma Program TITC and Geography at a private foreign high school and works as an international exam evaluation specialist in the IB program.

EMRE BARKIN KESER
Project manager
He was born in 1989 in Istanbul. In 2008 St. After graduating from Georg Austrian High School, he continued his education at ITU City and Regional Planning Department. He continued his undergraduate education, which he took a break to gain experience in different business lines such as diving and translation, due to his increasing interest in ecology and climate change. Since 2016, he took part in various environmental-oriented non-governmental organizations and grassroots movements voluntarily.
His dream of living in an eco-village with a community that embraces a sustainable and ecological lifestyle has enabled him to meet permaculture. In 2019, he took an introductory course in Belentepe, and then took PDC trainings and worked as Taner Aksel's assistant. Ecological campus design and plants are of particular interest. He works for the planet and the life on it, with the belief that we can make a positive impact on the world by initiating change in our own lives.
